Warranty Policy
REMQUIP products are supported by applicable manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal and proper operating conditions. Warranty terms may vary by product category and may be overridden by official manufacturer documentation where applicable.
Warranty Coverage Periods (General Guidelines)

Brake Shoe Assemblies: 6 to 12 months (manufacturing defects only)

Brake Hardware Kits: 6 months

Brake Chambers (30/30): 1 year

Air Springs / Air Bags: 1 year

Brake Drums: 1 year (material defects only; wear is excluded)

Air Disc Brake Pads: 6 months
Normal wear and tear is not considered a warranty condition.
What the Warranty Covers
REMQUIP’s warranty applies exclusively to the following:

Defects in materials
-
Defects in workmanship
-
Premature failure resulting from manufacturing defects
-
Products used for the correct application and installed properly
When a claim is approved, REMQUIP will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to determine and provide the appropriate remedy.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:

Incorrect or improper installation
-
Incorrect part selection or cross-reference errors
-
Overloading, abuse, accidents, or misuse
-
Normal wear of friction materials, including brake linings and pads
-
Rust, corrosion, cosmetic damage, or environmental exposure
-
Damage caused by contamination or failure of other vehicle systems
-
Products that have been opened, welded, painted, machined, or otherwise modified
-
Products with removed, altered, or defaced labels or date codes
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty evaluation, customers must submit the following:

Invoice or proof of purchase
-
Part number and quantity
-
Clear photographs of the failure, including overall and close-up views
-
Vehicle or equipment details, where applicable, including:
-
Make, model, year, and VIN
-
Axle or suspension type
-
-
A written explanation describing how and when the failure occurred
In certain cases, the manufacturer may require the physical product to be returned for inspection before a final determination is made.
Warranty Outcomes and Limitations
Approved warranty claims may result in:

A replacement product, or
-
Store credit
Cash refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover:

Labor costs related to installation or removal
-
Diagnostic or troubleshooting time
-
Towing or roadside assistance
-
Rental equipment
-
Downtime or loss of revenue
-
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
All warranty determinations are made jointly by REMQUIP and the manufacturer and are final.
Return Policy
REMQUIP accepts returns on new, unused, and uninstalled products only, subject to prior authorization. All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return if:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

The item is new, unused, uninstalled, and unmounted
-
The item is returned in its original manufacturer packaging, clean and intact
-
All included components and hardware are present
-
A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued prior to return shipment
Returns received without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Restocking Fees
Standard industry restocking fees apply as follows:

0% for returns resulting from REMQUIP error
-
15 to 25% for customer-initiated returns
-
Up to 35% for special-order, imported, or non-stock items
Restocking fees reflect inspection, repackaging, and supplier handling costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed, mounted, or used products
-
Brake shoe assemblies showing wear, scoring, or rust
-
Air springs that have been inflated or installed
-
Brake chambers that have been caged, uncaged, or pressurized
-
Electrical or electronic components
-
Kits that have been opened with missing or damaged parts
-
Custom, special-order, or non-cancellable items
-
Products not returned in clean, resellable condition
Return Shipping and Inspection

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless REMQUIP is at fault

Products must be shipped to the location specified on the RMA

All returned items are inspected prior to approval of credit
REMQUIP reserves the right to deny or adjust credit for products that are used, damaged, missing packaging, or missing components. If a return is rejected, the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after returned products have been received, inspected, and approved by REMQUIP.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

An incorrect item was shipped by REMQUIP

The product arrived defective out of the box

The shipment arrived damaged and was reported within 48 hours with supporting photographs

The order was cancelled prior to shipment
Refunds are processed only after inspection confirms eligibility.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:

Installed, mounted, used, or test-fitted products
-
Electrical components
-
Air springs that have been inflated or installed
-
Brake chambers that have been caged, uncaged, or installed
-
Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
-
Custom or special-order items
-
Returns submitted without RMA authorization
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are refundable only when REMQUIP is determined to be at fault.
